These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 3c444 platform, accessible at 3c444.cam ("the Platform", "the Site", "we", "us", "our"). 3c444 is an English-language online gaming information platform serving users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access is permitted.

When you create an Account on the Platform, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number.

5.1 One Account Per User

Only one Account is permitted per individual user. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, IP addresses, devices or household members — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

5.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 3c444 and the Operator will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

5.3 Account Verification (KYC)

In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling requirements, the Operator may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals, increasing deposit limits, or activating certain promotional offers. Acceptable identity documents typically include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence. 7.2 Payment Responsibility

Withdrawal requests are processed by the Operator subject to the following general conditions. 3c444 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times, as these depend entirely on the Operator and the selected payment method.

• All KYC verification requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed;
• The name on the payment method used for withdrawal must match the name on the registered Account;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable;
• The Account must be in good standing with no open investigations, disputes or fraud flags;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply as set by the Operator;
• The Operator reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing any withdrawal.

3c444 is not responsible for delays in withdrawal processing caused by the Operator, payment providers, banking institutions or regulatory requirements.

• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping or any form of coordinated cheating in multiplayer games;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or Platform staff through any communication channel;
